We are a Limited Company, based in the Midlands with over 20 years of combined experience specialising in Business Analysis, Business Transformation, Feasibility Studies, System Implementation, Commissioning and Procurement.

Established in 2013, we hit the ground running and have helped many businesses and local authorities. One of the key aspects of our work is to identify potential for improving levels of efficiencies, whether this be in business practices, current procedures, identifying cost saving and potential loss of revenue, or making better use of IT systems.

Work we have undertaken in the last few years includes, amongst other things:

Taking a lead Business Analyst role in implementing Case Management and Finance System,

Liaising with key business stake holders to adapt/improve processes,

Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s),

Reporting specifications and providing application support to all levels of staff in the use of departmental systems,

Providing specialist Commissioning and Procurement resource to progress projects,

Create feasibility study to help our clients determine the viability an idea/project/solution,

Business Transformation projects.
